In Memory of My Wonderful Grandpa Tate

My Grandpa Tate passed away on September 28, 2010. He was a wonderful man. He was very intellegent (even though he went to the UofU :p), he was also a very hard worker and skilled man. He got his degree in electrical enginering, i think. He was really good at building things. My mom was telling me a story about how my grandma had always wanted a two story house, but she always only had one story homes, so for one home my grandpa built a fake floor for the living room so that you walked up a few steps to get to the living room. He also built a deck on the front of our house in Texas. I can't even remember the house without it. The one thing that everyone talked about at my grandpas funeral was how much he loved my grandma! I love my grandpa for that, and am so glad that i married a man who is so much like my mom, who is so much like my grandpa.

My grandpa's favorite color was red, so we all wore red to his funeral. We love you Grandpa!
