The Weekend in Meadow

Daniel and I spent last weekend down at his place in Meadow, which is a little less than two hours south of Provo, right by Fillmore. I LOVE going down to Daniel's home! His family is always so fun to be around, and they always make me feel welcomed and loved. Friday night we made pizza, which was really fun because we got to throw the pizza crust doe in the air like you see on tv, and of course we got into a flour fight! Let's just say I won... even though it took a coulpe days to get all the flour out of my glasses! :p
Saturday we SLEPT IN, which was awesome because I haven't gotten to sleep in since I started living with my roommates; I love them all, but they don't believe in being quiet in the morning- forget about sleeping in past 8. Then Daniel and I went to Lace Curtains. We drove there in his truck, which is a stick shift, and a beast! Daniel was driving through water and over the land like there was nothing to it! It was really fun! We hiked around Lace Curtains for a while, but there was snow everywhere, and my shoes have no traction, so regretably we weren't able to stay long. Daniel let me drive stick on the way home! It was WAY fun! I haven't driven stick since senior year of high school! :)

That night we played with his little neices; they are SO cute, and SO much fun! We played lots of games with them, the best was where Daniel and I crawled around out our hands and knees and pretended to be the girls' horses! It was so fun! Then we watched a couple of movies, one with the girls, and one with his mom :)

All in all Daniel and I love love love going to Meadow and we can't wait to go again for his birthday! :)
