The Freeman family had their reunion the weekend of Friday the 22nd. Daniel and I didn't think we'd be able to go because Daniel had to work, and he couldn't get it off because it was a holiday weekend. But early in the day Daniel called in and asked to be put on the top of the on call list, so that if someone could be put on call, Daniel would be the first. Well, at 4:30, the hospital called Daniel, and told him he was on call! :) Now the hospital can call anytime before 6 (when his shift starts) and have him come in like normal, but after 6 they have to pay him extra, so they don't usually call after 6. Daniel and I got all packed and waited till about 5:50, and hit the road :) We were so happy that we got to the reunion!
Daniel is the 11th of 12 siblings, so we figured that there wouldn't be room for us to sleep, so we brought our tent and camped out the the back yard. It was great and we're for sure going to do it again :) Friday night we all ate, played minute to win it games, and talked. It was great! Daniel and I were only able to stay till Saturday because he worked Saturday night (tonight).
Again, we were so happy to go to the reunion! :)
