Connor is already a month old. I can't believe it! It feels like we just got him!
I want to try to record what Connor has been like, but it's really hard to say, because he changes so quickly! I am trying to have him on a feeding schedule of every three hours starting at 8 in the morning, then every 4 hours starting at 8 at night. He does just fine with this schedule, but I haven't figured out how to alter it if we have to be some where when I'm supposed to be feeding Connor. So we'll see how that goes. Connor has really bad gas at night, it doesn't always wake him up, but it does always wake me up. I don't mind because I'm able to go back to sleep right away, but I wish I knew what to do so that he won't be tooting so often. I've heard that this is normal and it will eventually pass, so we'll see. Connor is still a champion at nursing, which makes me feel so blessed.
Recently I started feeling like I don't do anything all day, so I've started visiting people and having people come visit me so that I can have some grownup interaction throughout the week.
I'm really not sure what else to say about Connor because the days really seem like they fly by, and he changes so quickly I never really think I have things figured out, and at the same time I do feel like I'm figuring Connor out. What I mean is I haven't figured out how to do anything and have a baby, but I have learned specifics about Connor, like how to clam him down and how to tell when he's tired and what not.
We love Connor and are really happy to have him in our lives!
